The Empire Series Round is an easy erecting, modular type stationary plant.  Heavy duty H-beam columns support aggregate batcher and bins.  1/4" steel on sloping sides of batcher and bins.  All seams are welded inside and out.  All Stephens gates are permanently lubricated with six (6) 3/4" teeth per gate.  Gates bolt to bins and batcher for easy replacement and maintenance.

The DC Colt is a "starter" plant designed to be portable for quick, easy erection. The decumulating aggregate batcher allows for both rock and sand to be weighed and separately discharged into a truck for accuracy. The unique design allows for future plant expansion with overhead bins and fly-ash silos to be easily added.

The two compartment design allows for quick loading by front-end loader. The loader just keeps the batcher full -- it does not have to accurately load a certain amount of rock and sand.

DC-Colt plants are constructed of 1/4" steel in sloping side of aggregate batcher. The I-beam support frame can support 150 ton bins in the future.

The Stallion plant is a 12 yard plant that is designed to allow large silos to travel with the aggregate section. The unique design allows an 837 BBL cement silo to transport with a 150 ton aggregate section as one load of freight. (Note: Some components, filter vents, heap plates, legs, etc. will be shipped separate).

The Stallion plant is constructed of 1/4" steel in sloping sides of aggregate batcher and bins.  All gates have six (6) 3/4" thick teeth and are permanently lubricated and bolted on.

The Thoroughbred is a completely portable plant with gravity drop cement. Quick, easy erection and very low horsepower requirements.

With multiple plant configurations available, this Stephens plant can move in one load of freight with a maximum of 528 BBL silo and 90 ton aggregate bins. Larger sizes are available in 2 loads.

The Thoroughbred plant is wired in conduit and pre-plumbed. The main disconnect and plant power panel are enclosed in a steel cabinet with hinged, lockable steel doors, positioned to face away from the transfer conveyor for cleaner, safer operation. The plant air compressor is located on the plant's 5th wheel, away from the transfer conveyor for a cleaner and safer operation.

The sloping sides of the aggregate batcher and bins are 1/4" steel.  The Stephens bin will have sufficient clearance under overhead gates to allow room for work. Gates are not below or even with the top of the aggregate batcher, so a clean out hatch or door is not required. All gates have six (6) 3/4" thick teeth that are permanently lubricated and bolted on.
